In this video I'm just showing what I use to pre poo my hair and how I mix them all 2gether. for those of you who don't know I've made the change to go natural since October 2010 and now I'm just trying to keep my hair healthy and pre pooing is a good way to get your hair ready for shampooing cause shampoo can strip your hair of it's natural oils. I hope you guys like the vid and try it out !!
