Summer Heat......Hair Frustration

So the summer time is finally here and I couldn't be any happier. However my hair isn't enjoying the heat as much as I am. I'm trying to find some up do styles for the summer cause twist outs and braid outs are not lasting in the humidity. I'm not the best corn roll braider when It comes to my hair , so I must depend on my mother for that. However, I would like to do twists throughout my whole head but #1- I don't know if my job would accept it and #2- It's gonna take all damn day to put those twists in my hair!
